Day 0: Arrival in Arusha

You will be picked up at the Kilimanjaro International Airport and transferred to your arranged hotel in Arusha town. You will meet your guide who will brief you on your Africa Safari tour. You will spend the rest of your time at your won leisure and relaxation.

Day 1 : Arusha Town – Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast, your experienced driver guide will be ready to pick you up, commencing a two-hour journey to Lake Manyara National Park, which, although one of the smallest in Tanzania, boasts remarkable diversity. This park features the expansive, shallow, and alkaline Lake Manyara, known as the seasonal habitat for thousands of flamingos, creating a captivating pink spectacle. Additionally, you'll encounter over 400 other bird species and an array of fascinating mammals within the park. The forested areas are home to troops of monkeys, while the grassy plains host giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, and wildebeests. Meanwhile, elephants and lions can be found in the acacia woodlands. As you embark on this adventure in an open-roof vehicle, you'll have the perfect vantage point to observe these animals and immerse yourself in the park's breathtaking landscape, including the stunning Great Rift Valley. In the evening, your journey continues to Karatu, where you'll spend the night at a carefully arranged lodge. Along the way, we'll make a stop at a viewpoint overlooking Lake Manyara, allowing you to savor the mesmerizing vistas of the lake and its surrounding beauty.

Day 2 : Karatu – Ngorongoro Crater – Karatu

After an early breakfast you will have a short drive to the Ngorongoro entrances and few minutes you start descending to 600m down the crater for game drive. The Ngorongoro Crater is almost 600 m deep, approximately 20 km wide and the massive caldera is home to an amazing variety of animals. On your game drive you have the possibility of seeing all different kinds of mammals ranging from the Big Five – lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino and leopard – to Grant’s and Thomson’s gazelles and mountain reedbucks. You might also see spotted hyenas, and some of the more than 500 bird species of the area. After a picnic lunch in the crater and some more game viewing, you will leave the crater in the afternoon and travel back to Karatu.

Day 3 : Karatu – Tarangire National Park - Arusha

After breakfast you will pack your things and check out from your lodge as continue to Tarangire National Park. We will have a drive of about an hour to reach Tarangire park with ana approximation of 67kms. This park with its endless grasslands, huge baobab trees, the perennial Tarangire River and seasonal swamps is home to the largest elephant herds in northern Tanzania. Animals gather at the river and you should be able to see elephants, giraffes, bushbucks, hartebeests, dik-diks, waterbucks, warthogs, and reedbucks all year round. Furthermore, the park is also home to buffaloes, zebras and wildebeests which are always closely followed by a range of predators such as lions, leopard and cheetahs although somehow are rarely spotted. After an extensive game drive, you will exit the park and drive back to Arusha town.
